TAMPERE, 14. August 2024. RESONIKS is excited to share the second edition of Employee Stories, spotlighting the faces behind our pitch-perfect team. Today we introduce Dhanushka Sathurusinghe who joined the team in May 2023.

When was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work for RESONIKS?
I knew I made the right decision to be part of RESONIKS from the moment I was given the countless opportunities to try out new things and work on areas that I truly enjoyed. I was able to use my many skills, knowledge and experience to think outside of my usual scope of work. No one day is the same or mundane, which makes everyday very challenging and exciting.
What’s the most exciting part of your job?
The part of my job that truly lights me up is seeing our hard work pay off, especially when everything falls into place just the way we envisioned. It’s those moments that make all the effort feel so worthwhile, because we know just how much of hard-work, time and commitment from the whole team goes in to creating this outcome.
If you could change one thing about your life, what would it be?
Through all the twists and turns, I wouldn’t change a single thing—it’s all part of the journey that makes it so worthwhile.
What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
Give me a Swiss army knife, a fire starter, and a mini first-aid kit, and I’m ready for anything. With a little imagination, I can create whatever else I need—it's the thrill of adventure that makes it all come together.
